I am no longer a professional cyclist and bike racing is no longer the main focus of my efforts. Missingsaddle is all about bringing you into the lives of Pro Cyclist so I have moved over here. Thanks to everyone that supported me over the past years and Curtis/Missingsadle for giving me a place to keep track of my randomness.

In a few weeks you will be able to follow the THF Realty Cycling Team at missingsaddle powered THFRacing.com, for now there is just a place holder there but check back later in January to see what the guys are up to.

The current roster is:
Austin Allison
Brent Hanlin
Brian Dziewa
Kurt Fletcher
Nolan Froese
Pete Lopinto
Stefano Barbieri
Terry Kennan
Tim Kakouris
Zak Grabowski

There is a chance I may add on a rider or two down the road. Once the site is up you will be able to find out info on these guys and cheer/boo them as the year goes on.

The tube top is 54.5cm and the seat tube is 52cm. The frame has a very slight slope and the geometery is nearly identical to a Cannondale 54cm. The color is a dark blue than pretty much looks black except in the bright sunlight. It is in great shape with a few nicks but no dings, dents or major flaws. I would guess it has 1500 miles on it total. There are protectors on the fork blades and seat stays to keep the fenders from scratching the frame. Both the fenders and protectors can be taken off very easly.

I am selling this bike because I am no longer racing full time. I mainly used it in December, January and February in 05 & 06 and can honestly its one of the best riding bikes I have ever been on. I will ship this bike anywhere as long as your address is paypal confirmed. Its 50 dollars to the lower 48 and actual shipping cost plus 10 dollars everywhere else. It will ship from 80027. If your outside the lower 48 go to fedx and check what it will cost you.

Thats all I can think of. Please let me know if you have any questions.

So I trained the last couple days, I was surprised how I felt after a sporadic three months of riding. I don’t suck near as much as I thought I would. As for normal bike stuff I will get back on the soapbox. Riding on the open roads without a helmet is dumb enough and when I was out yesterday my mind was spinning and I couldn’t help to think about some of the guys I know who are fathers and still choose to be “old school” or “euro.” Come on guys, your kids need you. Sure your wives can find a new guy when your brain is rolling out of your skull but your children only have one dad and your it.

The rumor? It sounds like a cheater has been caught and it should be public soon. I can’t personally confirm anything and really hope its not true but if it is true somebody is going so have to pull their “f—ing” foot out of their mouth.

Myriam is still doing awesome and I am trying to help as much as I can. Last night we had our first glimpse of whats to come as we were up off and on all night working with the little guy to keep as happy as possible. Most of it is feeding so I try and do all the clean up, prep and calming before and after so Myriam can rest as much as as possible. So far we are catching on pretty quick and trying to use the advice we have gotten mixed with the classes we took and out own intuition. Its crazy how the time runs together, minutes into hours into days.
