We won the U23 and the elite road titles.

This week was our National Championships held in St-Georges de Beauce, Québec.
I was happy to finally be able to go to Canada after almost 4 months not being able to travel waiting for some immigration papers. The guys did a great job over there by taking 2 nationals titles and some few other podium places in the criterium, TT, and road races.

Now it’s time to get ready for BC Superweek (Tour de White Rock, Gastown, Tour de Delta), then another week back in Québec with my family while Dan is racing in Altoona, and back home at the end of the month.

Today is the National Holiday of Quebec.
I’m just coming back from a BBQ in Superior, CO where around 30 people from Quebec were celebrating together. I was surprise to see that many people. It was really nice to hear some french and to hear their stories.

After almost a year waiting, we can now celebrate. We got the visa!!! I am coming back next week to Colorado.

When I left Colorado, I was riding in shorts and short sleeve jersey. Here, in Montreal, the weather is far from being as warm, but very nice for skiing.
