Helpful advice
Monday, October 29th, 2007If you send your resume to someone. Bike teams, work, match.com, etc… Make sure the file name isn’t “resume.doc” try something like “bobsmithresume.doc” or just “bobsmith.doc” When someone has a file with a handful of ones that say “resume” and and handful of ones with contact info who do you think will get the call back?
Who doesn’t want one?

Thursday, October 25th, 2007What happened?
Yesterday day, well Monday I was mountain biking and then the next two days I thought I did something bad to my shoulder. A little rest proved it was still healing up and doing well. Hopefully I will be able to get out on both bikes again soon. The daylight saving thing needs to happen. Now there isn’t much light at the end of the day or at the beginning which is no good.
The THF Realty racing team is a go. THF is a fan of cycling and has helped out many teams for the better part of a decade. Now we are going back to where we started in 2001. That year we had a lot of fun, won races and for 2002 Alex Candelario, Chuck Coyle and myself all moved on to UCI teams. The 2001 team disbanded since I was the one running it but my vision for the 2nd edition has much longer term focus. I have been talking to some riders and am still looking for a few more. If you think your a good fit send me and email with your resume and tell me why. Danschmatz@aol.com
