nothing hurts
We went to see the doctor for Myriams check up and all is well. I really appreciate all the emails and comments I have received and can’t say how much all my friends and family mean to me. Speaking of friends check out these videos of Jeff Lenosky.
Opps:
Don’t try this at home:
Three days off the bike and all the pain is gone. I did all of Nature Valley with my saddle about 1cm low. Not sure what that did to my performance but am sure it did a number on my right knee. I have found over the year my right leg to be way more fragile than my left. I my cleat position, saddle for/aft or height isn’t right on I really feel it. The obvious question is that have been doing this long enough why isn’t that stuff always right on? I really don’t have an answer to that other than I need to double and triple check every time I get on my race bike. The other body part that is back in order is my chest/pectorial muscles. It seems tussling on the pavement after taking some time off from that type of activity will cause some pain. Now its time to go pedal. I am going to be home for a few weeks and am really excited to get in a solid block of training before racing again.
