I spent most my day in front of the computer or on the phone. I started on the computer sorting out ebay, training, and bills. On the phone I had a few long conversations without of town friends. The happy rottweiler of course is Kayla. The newest reason (other than being spoiled) for her happiness is the new sofa/bed we got for the office. Its not actually new, it was donated to us by the people that live in unit 322 (I think) of our complex. It was in here for three days before Kayla got on it but she has pretty much claimed it as her own since Tuesday. I am about to run to the post office, gym then back home. Hopefully by tomorrow combination of fenders on the BMC and enough of the snow will be gone that I will be able to get a outside ride in.

Its coming down pretty good now and is getting cold. Nights like these seem to make Kayla pretty happy when she goes outside. She does a little spin move then plows the snow with her nose. Pictures or video tomorrow maybe?

GENEVIÈVE JEANSON ACCEPTS OFFER TO SETTLE FROM THE USADA

Montreal, November 28, 2006 – Canadian cyclist and U.S. resident Geneviève Jeanson has announced that she has accepted an offer to settle from the United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) related to a urine sample taken July 25, 2005, which tested positive for erythropoietin (EPO).

After initially seeking a life suspension, USADA offered Ms. Jeanson a reduction of her ineligibility period to two years beginning July 25, 2005 and ending next July 25.

Going to the gym promises at least one thing. Oversize naked old guys in the bathroom. I’m not sure what the deal is but by 50 I would think they understand the concept of the towel. Here is their program. Strip, walk to the shower with the towel over their shoulder, shower, dry, come back out with the towel on their shoulder again. I don;t get it, just put the thing around you. I don’t think anyone wants to see what’s happening down there and if they do I’m sure they would just ask.

Craigslist cracked me again tonight. This lady wanted to come buy the shelves I listed but bailed at the exact time she was to come becuase she didn’t have a vehicle or somthing. It wouldn’t be a big deal but we rushed from the gym and through dinner to make sure we were ready for her to come over.
